Video Information Policy

OHMC Co., Ltd., operating Orakai Songdo Park Hotel ("the Company") operates this CCTV Operation and Management Policy to inform you of how video information handled by the Company is used and managed.

1. Basis for Installation and Purpose of Video Information Processing Devices

The Company installs and operates CCTV devices pursuant to Article 25-(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act for the following purposes:

·  Facility safety and fire prevention

·  Crime prevention to protect guests

·  Prevention of vehicle theft and damage

※ Where the number of parking spaces exceeds 30, installation and operation may also be based on Article 6-(1) of the Enforcement Rules of the Parking Lot Act.

3. Management Responsibility and Access Authorities

To protect your video information and address complaints related to personal video information, the following personnel are designated as responsible for managing personal video information:

4. Recording Time, Retention Period, Storage Location, and Handling Methods

·  Handling Method: Video information is logged and managed regarding its purposes, third party disclosures, destruction, and requests for access. After the retention period expires, video data is permanently deleted using methods that make recovery impossible. For printed images, deletion is done by shredding or incineration.

5. Outsourcing of Installation and Management

The Company outsources installation and management of CCTV devices as follows. Contracts are structured to ensure safe handling of personal video information in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Methods and Locations for Reviewing Personal Video Information

·  Method of Review: You may review video information by contacting an authorized video access person in advance and visiting the site. Access may be restricted depending on the type of video information. For cases involving crime or multiple unrelated individuals, review may occur only in the presence of police.

·  Location of Review: Fire Control Room.

7. Actions on Requests for Access, Existence Confirmation, or Deletion

You may request access, confirmation of existence, or deletion of your personal video information at any time by contacting the CCTV device operator. Such requests are limited to video in which you are recorded and to situations where the video is clearly necessary to protect your urgent life, body, or property interests.
If you make such a request, the Company will take necessary actions without delay.

8. Security Measures for Video Information

The Company securely manages video information through encryption and other measures. As part of administrative safeguards for personal video information:

·  Access permissions to personal video information are granted on a need to know basis.

·  To prevent forgery or alteration, the Company records and manages the creation date/time, purpose of access, the person accessing, and the date/time of access.

·  Physical security measures such as locks are used for secure storage.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This CCTV Operation and Management Policy was established on December 6, 2019. If additions, deletions, or modifications are required due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, the Company will announce the reasons and content of the changes on the Company website at least 7 days before implementation.
